The cold rolled (CR) sheet is manufactured by coils of hot-rolled (HR). At the room temperature also lower than the recrystallization temperature, the hot-rolled coils will be rolled and thinned to produce CR sheet. Since the CR sheet is made without extra heating, some flaws emerging in the HR process, such as pocks and oxidated iron, can be avoided. The CR sheet is highlighted by its precise dimensions, the uniformly identical thickness and the perfect surface enjoying high degree of finish. Also, the CR sheet boasts of satisfying mechanical and processing property, higher intensity, lower yield limit and favorable performance for punching operation. Owing to its multiple features, CR sheet is extensively adopted in various industries such as architecture, automobile, aviation, precision instrument, canned food and etc.
