With the CR steel strip as the basic material, the galvanized sheet is produced by hot-dip galvanizing (HDG) process. Coated with the galvanized layer, the CR sheet can be blessed with satisfying performance against the atmospheric corrosion, by which the life expectance of the sheet will be consequently prolonged with 15～20 years added. The Fengyang 1250 galvanizing machine unit is capable to manufacture 200,000 tons of galvanized sheets annually.

2、Categories of Galvanized Sheet
According to the classifications of the basic sheet involved, the galvanized sheet has two categories available which are galvanized CR sheet coil and galvanized HR sheet coil respectively. The categories also can be defined according to the shape of the finally supplied sheet to the buyers. If the supplied sheet is cut transversely into small squares, it’s classified into the hot-dip galvanized zinc slab; if the sheet is transported to the clients in coils then it’s the hot-dip galvanized zinc coil.
3、Major Potential Purpose
The hot-dip galvanized (HDG) sheet is extensively used in the manufacturing industries such as the architecture, automobile, container, transportation and electrical appliance and etc. Especially, the HDG sheet plays a dominating role in the construction of steel structure buildings, automobiles and the steel-sheet-type depots.
